'arena' property portfolio database Developed for Atis Real Weatheralls, this database is designed to provide additional detail to the portfolios of properties that Atis Real Weatheralls manages. The system imports data from the company's property valuation system and allows pictures and additional information to be associated with the properties and their tenants. This data is then used to generate printed reports and on-screen displays that give added value to the raw information. some data entry forms Arena also generates standalone applications that can be sent to Atis's customers on CD. This means that the clients can view all of the information about their own portfolios of properties on screen and print out the reports themselves. There is a movie showing part of this database system which can be seen here. A major aspect of the Arena database system is the 'tree-view' form. This allows the elements that make up a property portfolio to be easily navigated.The form is split into two panes - the tree is shown on the left hand side and the information selected is shown on the right. tree view form By opening a top level portfolio folders the user can view the properties in the portfolio. By opening a property folder they can view the tenants and by opening a tenant they can view the areas and rents.
