No. We’ll need a good idea of what you need before we can start but some details can be worked out as the software is developed. we don’t need everything now – can you develop in stages? Yes. In fact this is often a good way to work because it allows you to make decisions about developing the software based on the experience of actually using it. will the software be easy to use? You tell us how you want the software to work so it’s up to you. We can make the software function however you need it to. will we get a chance to make changes during development? Yes. We’ll give you working copies of the software to test during the development so you’ll have a chance to try it and make changes. how much will it cost us? Give us a brief outline of what you’re looking for and we'll be able to give you a realistic estimate of the likely cost. can you give us a fixed price? Most software projects need a bit of flexibility so this is often not the best approach. We can give you a fixed price if there's a fixed specification. what if we need some changes in the future? No problem. All our software can be modified or added to. Just let us know what you need. can you offer on-going support? Yes. If you have an issue with our software we’ll help. You don’t need to pay a monthly retainer, but there may be a fee depending on what you need. will we own the finished software? Yes. Once you’ve paid for your software it’s all yours to do with as you wish. will you sell our software to someone else? No. We don’t offer off-the-shelf solutions. We build every piece of software specifically for a client. what if we find a bug? If you find a problem with our software that’s down to us then we’ll do our best to sort it out without additional charge. Even if the project was completed a while ago. we have some software built by someone else, can you support it? We’d need to take a good look at it to see if it’s possible for us to work with. Often we will be able to help but sometimes we can’t. is a custom software solution right for us?
