assigning data using different views

It’s often the case that you need more than one view on the same set of data. In this example each member of staff has a number of venues that they can work at. When you add new member of staff you simply have to select which venues they can get to.

However, if you add a new venue, going through every staff record to apply the new option would be very time consuming. What you need to be able to do is assign the staff to the new venue in one step. This database allows you to do just that.

There are loads of examples of these kinds of relationships. Often you need to be able to look things from different standpoints to be able to effectively manage them.
