With an Access/Azure cloud database you can;

So how does it work?
With a regular Access database everyone shares the data across the office network. With a cloud or internet database, everyone shares the data using the internet. This means that you don’t need to be in the office in order to use the database – very handy if you have more than one location or you need to work remotely.
If you already have an Access database, then the process of migrating the data to SQL Azure is usually straightforward. Best of all, you don’t have to re-develop the rest of the Access application and everyone can keep the interface that they’re familiar with.
If you don’t already have an Access database, or you feel it’s time to move on, then the Access/Azure combination is a very powerful one. You only share the data across the internet, all the rest of the functionality such as integrating with Excel or Outlook is done locally on your PC.
You can now have a fully featured database and connect to it from anywhere without it costing you a fortune. The Access/Azure solution is quite probably the most cost effective way of delivering a cloud-based database solution and you don’t have to put up with a clunky web-page interface either.
